What to include in the Shipping Policy

EU Shipping:

Shipping charges within the EU may differ depending on which country or region you are shipping to, however, ALL orders over €40.00 are shipped free of charge (with the exception of shipments to EU islands).

Shipments to the EU are sent from our warehouse in the UK. You may be charged customs or duties when your order arrives.

Delivery Charges:

UK = £3.99 Under £35 / Free shipping over £35

EU = £6.99 Under €40 / Free shipping over £40 (Orders shipped from the UK)*

Canada/Australia = £9.99 - £39.99 (Shipping costs based on weight, checkout to view full costs)

USA = $10.99 (All duties included)

*European islands & hard to reach destinations may face surcharges.

International shipping is billed at carrier rates, starting from £14.99. Costs are calculated by weight. To see the exact rate for your country, head to checkout and enter your delivery address.

Delivery Speed:

We aim to dispatch every order within 1 day of payment being received.

UK = 2-3 Business days.
EU = 4-8 Business days.
US = 4-8 Business days.
Everywhere else = 16-20 Business days.
